ZATORI ensures that, given the conditions below, you can request a return or refund within 7 days of your purchase date. To avoid unnecessary costs, we recommend that you keep the original packing box.

Please note: If your ZATORI’s product was bought from third-party retailers, please approach FAQ for further details and adhere to their return and refund guidelines.

Return & Refund Conditions

  • The product(s) should remain in a new, unused condition.
  • The customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs.
  • The returned item should not have significant damage or cosmetic flaws.
  • Depending on the condition of the returned product, restocking fees between 10 - 50% may be applicable.
  • You have 7 days from the date you received your product to initiate a return.

Note: Before returning the item, please contact our support team at info@zatori.io for further instructions and the return address.

Return Charges

  • Quality issues: Full or partial refund available.
  • Lost original packing boxes: Extra $60 per item.
  • Wrong goods received: Free exchange or full refund.
  • Damaged or missing accessories: Free accessories or partial refund.
  • Customer cancels order after shipment: $200 shipping charge per electric scooter deducted from refund.
  • Customer refuses package: Customer is responsible for a $200 return fee per product.

Non-Refundable Situation

  • Request for refund or exchange is made beyond 7 days of delivery.
  • Returned product lacks all original components or has any form of damage.
  • Authentic proof-of-purchase or receipts are not provided or appear to be tampered with.
  • The product, upon inspection by ZATORI 's Technical Support, exhibits no manufacturing faults.
  • Damages due to non-manufacturing issues, or from unauthorized modifications, foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper handling.
  • Labels, Serial Numbers, water-resistance marks, etc., show evidence of tampering.
  • Damage caused by external factors, such as fire, floods, high winds, or lightning strikes.

Return & Refund Processing

Contact us by WhatsApp or email within the specified timeframe to initiate the refund process. Our team will provide instructions and the return address. Once we receive your returned product, we'll promptly process your refund. We aim for quick response times and efficient resolution of refund requests.
