  • Store pick up: Free pick-up available at our partnered distributors or Offline retailer.

Shipping Fee 

  • Shipping fee is calculated based on order weight, destination, and delivery method. For any inquiries or further details, please feel free to contact our customer service.

Please note we will provide shipping quotes at checkout so that you can choose the option that best suits your needs.

Handling & Delivery Time

  • Orders are typically processed and packed within 7 business days. During periods of high volume, such as holidays or sales events, processing times may be longer. We will notify you by email if there are any delays in processing your order.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the delivery company website. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us either via info@zatori.io or the delivery company.

Order Cancellation

  • To avoid extra charges, recommend to cancel the order before it's shipped. Please note that your item could be sent already even if there is no delivery tracking number. For orders already in transit, please see ZATORI return policy.

Order Address Change

  • Delivery addresses can't be modified once the order is on its way. For any changes, please reach out to us at info@zatori.io within a day of your order placement.

Shipping Damage Claims

  • For items damaged in transit, email info@zatori.io with evidence of the issue.
  • No replacements or compensation will be provided for lost, scratched or damaged free or gift items during shipping.
  • Please note, shipping damage claims won't be accepted if made more than 7 days after receipt of product.
